Josef Stalin is considered the worst mass murderer in human history. Because of his leadership, and plan for genocide, his is responsible for the deaths of up to ten million Ukrainians, due to famine. He also ordered the execution of up to sixty million others. As bad as Hemmler and Hitler were, Stalin was probably responsible for even more death and misery than those two combined.
